- Standard Delivery - Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9am-5pm
- Next Day & Next Day Saturday guaranteed delivery between 9.00am and 1.00pm
- EU – aims to arrive between 2-5 working days

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you are not present, a card will be left with instructions of how to re-arrange delivery or where to collect your parcel.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that orders which are delivered to countries outside of the EC, may be subject to additional customs or import duties levied by the destination country. These charges will be your responsibility as Lulu Arver has no control over them.
INSURANCE
Lulu Arver insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by LULU ARVER and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
