I'd Like A Gift Exchange
We will happily exchange a gift item within 15 days of delivery to you. We will send you the new/replacement item(s) postage free at our standard delivery rate (UK and Northern Ireland only). All subsequent exchanges are charged at our standard delivery rate.
The item(s) you wish to return must be in perfect condition (re-saleable), unworn, unwashed and in their original, undamaged plastic packaging with the labels/tags still attached. Items considered to be in an unsuitable condition or returned outside of the 15 day period will be sent back to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer monetary refunds on gift items. We can only refund the original cardholder.
Peace of Mind
As soon as we receive your returned parcel we will inspect and process it within 24hrs. Once we are satisfied that the item(s) are in their original condition we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days to receive your parcel depending on the postal service you have used.
Your refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Refunds may take up to seven days to show up in your account once payment has been made to you.
What Do I Do Next?
Please complete the Returns Note that came with your order taking care to include your daytime telephone number and attach the pre-printed return address label to your parcel. You may re-use the postal bag your order came in.
PLEASE NOTE: Lost Parcels - we strongly recommend that you obtain ‘proof of posting’ from the Post Office for your returned parcel (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery). In line with other retailers, Lulu Arver will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
