Simply follow the instructions for the Returns Procedure taking care to include your daytime contact number and send the unwanted item(s) back to us within 15 days of delivery. We will send you the new/replacement item(s) postage free at our standard delivery rate (UK and Northern Ireland only). All subsequent exchanges are charged at our standard delivery rate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not store your card details so we will contact you by telephone once we receive your returned items to take payment for your exchange item.
